Retail development and construction
From the land deal to the grand opening.
One team finds the site, underwrites the deal, secures the entitlements, builds the store and hands over a finished asset. Two million square feet of retail developed, with projects across Florida and nationwide.

Hair Cuttery

One roof, two disciplines
The developer and the builder are the same team.
Most retail projects hand off twice: developer to general contractor, general contractor to owner. Each handoff is where schedule and accountability leak. Here there is no handoff.
